Lover's Eye Locket

Eye miniatures, also known as lover's eyes, cropped up across Britain around 1785 and were en vogue for shorter than half a century. The notion accompanying this very short-lived fad was that the eye would be recognizable only to the recipient and could, therefore, be worn publicly keeping the lover’s identity a secret.
These small locket charms follow that lovely trend so you can wear a momento of your partner in a chic way. The oval locket features two slots that you can personalize with either one or two hand drawn photos (or words, etc) . There are also two metals to choose from.
Once you complete your order/payment, I will send an email to gather reference photos from you of the eyes you’d like me to draw. Please Pick out two of good quality that I can use! Also, I will not do full portraits (heads/faces) - the spaces are a bit too small :)
